Monday Madness

On Monday there were pre school visits in Room 1 so  Rooms 1 and 2 worked together to make Christmas Trees from magazines.  We all had a think about how we were feeling when we first visited school and how it was nice to meet our new teacher.  There were a lot of us in Room 2 for the morning but we were all wonderful at working together in such a small space.  To make our Christmas Trees we had to learn how to fold each magazine page 3 times.  These folds made the branches and made the magazines stronger so that they can stand up.  Once every single page was folded we were able to paint them, sprinkle glitter over them and then make a star to put on the very top.  We had to show perseverance, respect and responsibility to get them finished.  We are all very proud of our trees.  Some of us have even been showing our families how to make them at home.
