Oliver brought his aeroplane to school to show us. He made it last night and some parts were a little bit tricky.
We had lots of questions to ask Oliver.
Where did you get all the materials from? (Josh)
My Dad paid for it at the Warehouse.
How did you make the wings for it to make it fly? (Benjamin)
My Dad made the propeller because it was tricky for me.
How did you screw those screws in? (Jackson)
There was a spanner to do it to do these nuts up.
So it must be little? (Jackson)
Yes.
Can you play with it? (Yone)
Yes
And does it break? (Yone)
Yes it can but you can put all the parts off it and there are batteries in it here at the front.
And then the power moves? (Jordan)
And it always runs out of batteries.
We thought that Oliver showed perseverance while he made it. It had lots of little parts.
Thanks for bringing it in to share with us Oliver.
How cool Oliver, but you did get one answer wrong. It was Aunty Toni that gave you the Meccano set for your 2nd birthday present. Mummy just put it away until you were a bit older. Dad just got it out of Mum's hiding spot for you. Hehehe.
